This policy says what we collect, why, and what you can demand from us. It is written to meet the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

What we collect
- What you type: name, email, shipping address, phone, and what you write to us
- Order data: what you bought, when, and the status of the delivery
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the ad or link that brought you
Payment details
We never see or store your full card number. Payment is processed by the payment provider on the checkout page, and we receive only the confirmation and the last digits.
Why we use it
- To take, ship and support your order — this is performance of a contract
- To answer what you write to us
- To meet tax and commercial record-keeping duties — this is a legal obligation
- To measure whether our advertising works — this is our legitimate interest, and you can object
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to keep your session working and to measure advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works, but some conveniences stop.
Who we share with
Only who is needed to deliver: the payment provider, the carrier, our email provider, and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept for 5 years, as Brazilian law requires. Support messages are kept for 2 years. Technical logs are kept for 6 months.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you can ask us to confirm what we hold, correct it, anonymise or delete it, carry it to another provider, or tell you who we shared it with. Write to [email protected] and we answer within 15 days.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has sent us data, write to us and we delete it.
Security and international transfers
Traffic is encrypted in transit and access to order data is restricted to the people who handle orders. Some of our providers process data outside Brazil; where that happens we require contractual safeguards consistent with the LGPD.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
