Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract.

What you are buying

You are buying a box of units remaining from a closed batch. The specific contents vary and are not selected by you. We do not promise any particular item, brand, quantity or combination. If that is not acceptable to you, do not order.

Price and payment

The price shown at checkout is what you pay, in the currency displayed there. Payment is handled by the payment provider on that page.

Availability

Stock is finite and not replenished. If your payment succeeds but we cannot ship because stock ran out, we refund you in full and tell you why.

Shipping and returns

Covered in Shipping and Delivery and in the Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

No guarantee of results

We make no claim about what the contents are worth, what you can do with them, or what you could resell them for.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and images on this site belong to us. Do not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or probe this site, and do not place orders you do not intend to pay for.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Brazilian law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Defence Code (Law 8.078/1990) that cannot be limited.

Third-party links

We are not responsible for sites we link to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the courts of Maceió/AL have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in their own domicile.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
